Verum checkout runs on Stripe. In Stripe Test Mode, upgrades and invoices are not card charges. There is nothing to refund as cash until a live Stripe key actually charges a payment method.

Paid plans: Pro Week ($3/ week, 25 AI generations / month, 15 PDF downloads); Pro Monthly ($7/ month, 80 AI generations / month, 80 PDF downloads); Pro Yearly ($39/ year, 80 AI generations / month, 80 PDF downloads); Lifetime ($69 once, 200 AI generations / month, 80 PDF downloads). Cancel recurring plans from Billing to stop the next renewal. Free stays free.

For a real (live-mode) Stripe charge on Pro Monthly or Pro Yearly, email support@vvoix.com within 14 days of the charge. We will refund if you cancel and ask in that window and usage is still within the Free plan limits. Lifetime refunds follow the same 14-day window if usage remains within Free limits. Chargebacks for abuse may lead to account suspension.

Stripe Test Mode uses test cards only; those are not real money. See Pricing and Terms.
