Verum is a self-serve resume and cover letter product. This page describes what we store. We are not listing a company registration number because none is published for this product.
We store your account (email, name, locale), profile facts you enter, job posts you paste, generated resumes and cover letters, ATS scores, usage counters, and billing records under your tenant. Session cookies keep you signed in. Locale cookies remember language preference.
When live AI is enabled, the job text and profile facts you submit are sent to DeepSeek (or another configured model provider) only to generate or score your documents. When Stripe is enabled, checkout metadata is sent to Stripe to process the plan you choose. Email stays in-app while mock email is on.

Canlı yapay zekâ açıkken yalnızca belge üretmek veya skorlamak için gönderdiğiniz ilan metni ve profil bilgileri DeepSeek’e (veya yapılandırılmış başka bir modele) iletilir. Stripe açıkken seçtiğiniz plan için ödeme meta verisi Stripe’a gider. Mock e-posta açıkken ileti uygulama içinde kalır.
